We loved this place when we came here off season, lil snow on the mountains, few other campers. Can be super busy in the summer because of the lake.

Our family had a wonderful 2 nights tent camping here while in Montana. The creek was very close for casual messing around, and there are a few great trails you can walk. We hiked the trail to the Pine Creek Falls, and though we felt it was a challenging hike for us as not exceptionally active people, we all made it in about 3 hours round trip from our camp site, including a lot of time exploring the falls. We saw a variety of wildlife both in our campground and while hiking. Mountain lions and bears are occasional visitors here, bring your bear spray and hike with at least 1 partner. Vault toilets were some of the nicest and best maintained I've seen. My son, who normally complains about them, never made an issue about using them.

Beautiful, well-maintained campground. The sites are fairly private, and the bathrooms were very clean. A bit of a drive to get here, but well worth it!

Great campsite, we got to the campsite a little late and there was still a couple sites left. It books up in the weekend so you need to make a reservation. It is beautiful, very happy we stumbled across this one.

One of the most beautiful sites in Montana. No electricity or water, pit toilets but still great. First come first served worked for us. Great camp hosts this year.
