This restaurant serves English food. Yorkshire pudding with sausages is great. Curry was quite spicy and not that you ditional Sal you would get from a Chinese or Thai restaurant. I do hope the Chef learns how to season his food better. Both dishes really lacked pepper and salt.
The beer and liquor selection were awesome. Tried two different porter beers and yes I was with tried one scotch and one whiskey. They were all excellent.
Come here for the excellent bar selection but don't expect to be dazzled by the food.

I love this darn place. Great food, awesome staff, and one of the best beer selections in the city. Make sure to have boxty or chicken and waffles if you go for brunch on the weekend. Good curry too, nice and spicy. They open early for soccer games. It's the most fun place to watch soccer in Pittsburgh.

"Toads in a hole" was excellent. Plenty of sausage and gravy. I would have liked a little more mashed, but I barely finished it as it was. I paired it with a cellar temp coffee stout pulled by beer engine from a firkin. A very tasty beer with the perfect amount of carbonation at the perfect temp for a stout.

Piper's food is amazing. Their Shepard's pie is out of this world. The staff are always pleasent and very fast. I would definitely recommend if you like traditional Irish food. Very very good.

One of my favorite places! Our go to date night spot foe my husband and I ! Service is always friendly and food is always good! And the bread pudding is the best!
