Went onto this location because it was almost empty and was looking to have a few drinks and good food before I went to a concert. By far THE WORST service I ever had. Never in my whole primantis experience have I had to walk out. I sat down with my party at 6 after being told to sit wherever and someone would be with me. After 15 minutes and no one coming over, I went up to the counter to order after seeing one of the waitresses take a to go order. 3 different waitresses and the original cook that told me to have a seat completely ignored me despite several attempts to get service. Didn't look at me, didn't say it'd be a minute, nothing.  I went back to the table and after an additional 20 minutes I just left. Ignorance is no way to get repeat business.

Every time we go to the South Side in Pittsburgh we eat at Primanti Bros. There's a bar in the front that's pretty lively and often has life music. But on the side there's a separate entrance for casual dining & take-out so you don't have to hang out in the loud bar. The staff is friendly and knows what they're doing. Would say the only downside is the bathroom. There's one bathroom for the whole place and it's not usually very clean. But the sandwiches are so good that the bathroom doesn't scare us away.

I love this place and always try to hit Primanti Bros once while I'm in Pittsburgh. Enjoyed the Capicola and cheese today. Man, I wish every PB restaurant had those AMAZING ONION RINGS!! Cant believe they don't.
