Lots of noise at all hours. Only one men's shower was open our entire stay. Incredibly overpriced. Wi-Fi doesn't work. It doesn't have a resort feel to it at all. I wouldn't think being awakened by 5 or 6 am by loud noise every day is very resortish. Neither is the place smelling of raw sewer or fresh fertilizer constantly. For over $315 a week you get none of their claimed amenities and the place isn't restful. Guests shouldn't have to wear ear plugs to try to get sleep in an RV Resort.

We love this place! This is our 4th time staying here, have been coming since it opened. It is all paved, beautiful trees and landscape. Very nice people work here! I use the gym..they have elliptical, treadmill, bike, free weights and a great TV. It's a great Escape from ur motor home. A beautiful pool and hot tub. Laundry room and the best is their bathrooms and shower. It's better than home, turn the lights on and the heater warms the room. Shower pressure is great, hot water is wonderful and very large. You will love this place too!!

My hubby and I reserved ten days at Yanks RV Resort. We verified multiple times on the phone that we would receive a specific premium spot when we arrived. When we got there, after hours of driving, we drove by the spot BEFORE we paid over $500 for our ten-day stay and saw a RV parked in the spot we reserved! When we went into the office, we brought this to the employee’s attention and she said “we do not confirm exact spots, it’s our policy.” I explained that while this is their policy, one of their employees reserved a specific spot for us which is one of the main reasons for us making the longer reservation in the first place. She then looked in the computer and said there was a note indicating we had a different spot. This was really frustrating as we absolutely DID NOT and WOULD NOT reserve a spot next to a dumpster. We specifically stayed away from asking for this spot while making our reservation and looking at the overhead site map on their website! We did not receive an apology for the switch nor did they take any responsibility for the situation. Instead, we received an extremely defensive attitude making the situation CONSIDERABLY worse. We drove around to see if another spot would work for us out of the ones they had available and chose a different one. When we got back to the office, she FINALLY gave us a quick apology followed by “we did not make a mistake.” Good folks do not employ these kinds of people! Then it got worse. A second employee (perhaps the one who scheduled the spot for us in the first place) chimed in stating that she knew what was going on. She said the people who had been staying in the spot we reserved decided to extend their stay. They had been there for three weeks and they were there first. She literally said “they were there first" and got just as defensive as the first employee in trying to dodge responsibility. I was horrified with the unprofessional disregard for our situation. I asked the second employee why we weren’t given the consideration of a phone call to let us know that Yanks RV staff had changed our spot number and in response, we received a blank stare and silence. No apologies at this time either just complete disregard for us. The RV Park is beautiful but I would never support an RV Park who employs this kind of staff. I’m wondering if one of the women in the office was the owner which might explain the similar mentalities in the office of “we take no responsibility for our actions.” Mistakes happen but it is how we handle mistakes that matters and these people couldn't even acknowledge that they messed up! We didn’t stay 10 days as intended, only long enough to secure a reservation elsewhere. We were happy to leave! On a side note, prices are extremely high for the surrounding town where many structures have bars on the windows. We’ve traveled quite a bit and typically pay these prices for much nicer neighborhoods with awesome things to see nearby….not RV parks in the middle of no where with the highest price spots being next to the freeway noise! Also, as others have indicated, there is a lot of wind sweeping through the area. On their brochure they let you know they are "not responsible" for any damage caused by the wind....yes the wind is that bad!

This is a wonderful place to stay!!! Staff was awesome and very accommodating, spaces are wide and level, dog park is incredible, landscaping is lovely, bathrooms are beyond wonderful. The only thing I had negative was maybe 2 showers isn't enough for as large as a park as this is. We will definitely be back!!! Thank you so much!
