Will definitely be back! What a great place, I think it's funny how the wrapping of your food usually doesn't match the food. But you always get what you want, even with special orders. I'm not a lover of the tomato, and I have yet to taste even but a morsel of that fruit here Overall, this is probably the best place on Youree drive to get a Burger King burger. Nobody out burgers the king.
Good service. We bought a meal by drive through and we receive a good temperated food, I saw kindly workers, they gave me greetings, the restaurant was clean, smell good outside, the windows were clean. I hope to come back very soon with my family to order a meal to dine in. We would like to try a fish sandwiches and a Oreo ice cream with french fries, and also a large Coke.
The food was good and very fresh. I know this is a new location but workers do not seem to be catching on well. Had to repeat my order 3 times. She was talking to a Co-worker while trying to take orders. At the window I had to give my receipt to the worker twice. They had no idea what order I had or drinks. I do understand on the job training but these young people did not seem competent enough to solo yet.
They allow you inside but there is no eat in option yet b/c of COVID-19. My wife loves the impossible burger, me not so much. Bread was fresh as we're the veggies and we got quick service at the counter with a smile!
Cashier was polite and got my order promptly. However, I stood at the counter for ten minutes without even being noticed. The one who took my order came in from outside and saw me standing there. Never an apology or mention of not being aware of my presence.
Had to go try this location out and not a surprise here. The service was excellent along with the food. With co vid we appreciate all the employees that are preparing and working. We really were craving fast food.
Hands down the WORST customer service EVER! I understand that fast food places hire the world's worst employees but you would think that the management would try to correct their terrible employees mistakes! ALWAYS check your order before going here - they gave me the wrong order then would not refund my money! And the person I spoke with was extremely rude! I cannot say anything good about this place - my mistake for trying to get food on my lunch break expecting Burger King employees to get an order right - so much for having it your way.....
Most of the Burger King locations in this area look like they’re straight out of the 90s, but not this one! This location has all the amenities of a fresh modern fast food chain including a Coca Cola “freestyle” drink machine and free WiFi. The prices are a little steep but it’s very easy to get your hands on some coupons which bring the prices down to reasonable. The food was good and the staff was very friendly.
Got there about 8:07. Nobody is really there. Went thru the drive thru. Waited at the window forever. My husband ask the lady if he can add to the order. He was ignored. We ordered two of the king boxes, we got our order and left. Didn’t get our cookies! That’s part of the meal! Highly disappointed! I love the cookies and that’s why I ordered the king box to begin with!!!!!
I like Burger Kings menu but this store needs a lot of work. Half the employees are very new and know little about their job. The other half just don't care. One of the slowest service BKs I've visited. The food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's fresh, sometimes it's right. I mean, most of that is expected from fast food. Not like they're getting $15/hr. But constantly being out of everything most drinks are unavailable, never any ketchup, cups, lids, certain menu items every day, is a damn tragedy.
