Food was good. The cashier at the drive thru could have been a little more friendly and personable.  I could understand if it were busy and she was overwhelmed, but there was hardly any business at all.  A nice smile and 2 way conversation goes a long way!

My mom and I ate lunch here on November 7th 2022. We went inside and waited maybe four to five minutes before we were acknowledged. She finally came over with a very dry attitude no apology or nothing. We ordered and sat down. We needed napkins and they were completely out. Mind you we were eating greasy chicken so I had to go in the bathroom and use tissue with which I had to use the foam soap to clean our hands. The bathroom was nasty. The air in the dining area was very warm. Nobody seemed interested with the front counter. We ordered original and got crispy chicken. Very disappointed with the service. If I could give no stars I would but it’s not an option.

I order two pot pies and they was wonderful.  And the workers were great

Please stop forgetting add ons!!!! Did not get any sauces, ranch, plastic ware or napkins even though I specifically requested them yet again. Really tired of the lack of attention to detail on this stores part.

I sent my kids to KFC to get two family meals. Said it would be a 22 minute wait. They have been there 40 minutes and nothing. This is Crazy  but they also will not answer the phone. Finally they brought it out and of course they left out the extra biscuits. Would have discussed it with them and not posted but they won’t answer the phone!!

second Tuesday in a row I've ate there great food great service great staff you can't ask for more on Tuesdays they have a $2.49 chicken fried steak dinner that is great

I used to really enjoy KFC but in these last few years, they have really gone downhill!!! Their chicken is smaller, fattier, not as tasty and not as friendly anymore. I've been to a few of them between Marshall, Tx. and Shreveport, La.  The Marshall store needs to close down! They're pitiful!!! My wife got a chicken pot pie  there and it had not one piece of chicken in it.  She was so mad about it that we went back to tell them about it.  We bought another one but this time they opened it up and stuffed it with chicken.  Too little, too late.  I don't like chicken with a lot of fat inside of it and I want a decent size of meat.  Think they can do this? Hmmmm The stores in La. are better but not what they use to be.  They need to step up their game!!!

Ordered two pot pies and wings for delivery via Doordash. Wings were in bag on its side and spicy oil spilled all into bag with other food. One potpie was perfect. The other one had no gravy in it and was thick and gooey like maybe they reheated an old one. GROSS!! Will NOT order from this place again!  Wings were oily and had no taste. Worst experience with any KFC I've ever had!

-1 stars WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER I’ve waited 1 hr for 1 and a half chicken to be cooked and they told me “the chicken is still frozen” I’ve waited a hr for nothing . They offered a cake at the end I said no . DO BETTER WORST KFC EVER NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS TRASH PLACE.

Their sign said that they opened at 10:30am. At 10:45am, an employee unlocked the door to say that they wouldn't have any chicken for another 30 minutes. I politely told her that my friend and I were going somewhere else. What chicken place doesn't have chicken when they open????
