Come on McDs! You all had it pristine and totally together at the Jarvis location. I know there are bugs to work through, however the new location should be together by now! Are you all cutting back on the fries and Drinks? The heavier set young lady at the second window always has a terrible attitude. Even my neighbors have commented about her. We frequent this location often and every time it is an issue with the food. The fries are over salted, not fresh, and or missing items from the order. I know you all can't be perfect but man if the food is mediocre the service should be excellent. Store owner/managers we deserve better! Bad service, and Bad food....well guys, Cypress folks won't put up with that too much longer! Please bring back the vibe like Jarvis st location! I'd recommend the customers visit that location on cypress N houston and Hoffmeister. Awesome fresh burgers and hot fries

Like the concept of the ordering through the kiosk then just grabbing a table number and sitting down. However, what’s the point if they never get the order right and food comes out soggy and cold. My kid’s chicken nugget happy meal is usually always decent and somewhat fresh. Employees are running around like chickens with their heads cut off, not sure if there’s a manager here but they sure do need one or they need a different one.

Big breakfast with Hot Cakes add cheese to egg  Looks like you guys put it on my pancakes.  Is this 15 an hour work? Not in the slightest.

Ordered ahead through the app.  Just McNuggets and french fries. I chose the drive thru instead of the reserved parking pickup to check in. There was one car ahead of me and no cars behind me. I had to wait 10 minutes at the window watching the ladies inside chatting away.  Then someone came out to ask what I ordered.  Because it's so confusing having ONE order to work on?? She told me to pull ahead to the third window where I waited ANOTHER 10 minutes before I finally received my food.  I asked to confirm that all my items were there and she said ...hmmm, I don't know, probably. Gee thanks.  And why do they ask in the app what kind of sauces you want when they just pick a few at random to drop in?  I won't be back to this location.

I have waited 22 mins for my curbside order. And it still came out wrong!! I have tried curbside at this location at least 3 times!! Each time, horrible experience. I’m done with this place. No, they are not super busy and yes, they read my order to me when I called.

I only buy the Strawberry and Banana smoothie.  To my surprise McDonald's may have a dangerous smoothie on their hands. The only sad part is their biggest cup size is to small which leaves you a little unhappy because your enjoyment is over so soon. My brain dances when I get a smoothie from McDonald's.  I highly recommend McDonald's makes a larger cup size for their smoothies.

It's fast food what do you want? Nothing's ever hot nothing's ever cold. Everything always tastes like it's been sitting there. Order a double cheeseburger and they just plop cheese on it that cheese doesn't even melt cuz it's not hot enough.Food: 3/5

Best McDonald's I have ever been to. Clean, organized, employees full of high energy and smiles! Food fresh, fries hot!

This is a typical McDonald’s in terms of service and quality. It is very uniform pretty much anywhere you go. The wait times are a bit longer than most other local McDonald’s restaurants though. Of course, the portions continue to get smaller and the prices keep creeping up.  It impressed but not horrible either. Just McD’s.
