Horrible...horrible...horrible office! I have never been to an office who scans patience before accepting them, I called prior to my visit they told me as long as I arrive an hour before I would be able to be seen for a pregnancy test. The rude red head at the front desk at first didn't want to accept anymore patients at 5:30pm when they close at 7pm. She was rude to EVERYONE who walked in. The only reason I came to this plan parenthood was because it was by my job but I will NEVER come back. Word of advice, first impression is everything, and clearly she needs more training!

When I had Obama Care and couldn't find a doctor Planned Parenthood was the place I went when I was having issues around my menstrual cycle and BC I was on. Everyone at the center were kind, compassionate and caring, and helped me get what I needed with the limited insurance I had. I'd recommend everyone go here if they need it!

Beyond compassionate staff members. I had PTSD from dealing with other OBGYNs, but they actually sat there, heard me out, and listened to me. They let me make my own decisions, and also made me feel at home. They even gave me an IUD that I've been wanting for years in a matter of 2 weeks! I would recommend this facility to anyone who has been confronted with horrible doctors and wants a new place that feels supportive and caring. Sadly, they can't sterilize me (lack of equipment), but they are the best, by far, that I have seen in OBGYN doctors. I can't thank them enough for making me feel just a little bit better.
