Friendly staff with great selection of everything from tools and jewelry to games and guns. The staff and owner are always willing to help any way they can and work with you if you're a little short or late on your pawn payment. Would recommend over all other pawn shops in the triangle big evaluate you can't beat their customer relations especially compared to the chain store pawn shops.

Ordered a gun got it sent to them. Went to pick it up, they informed me that I needed to have a change of address done with my conceal carry. They are always looking out for me. Went and got the change of address done, and picked up my gun the next day.

Rude, with a side of racism. This store doesn't deserve to exist, let alone have customers. I feel sorry for anyone that has to enter this terrible shop to pay for a pawn. How dare you treat a customer the way you did, and you might want to come back to earth on your prices. Might help you clear out your cluttered, dirty, disgustingly foul space you call a business.

Amazing shop. Wide selection of jewelry and firearms as well electronics. Honest prices and great service. Highly recommended if you are in the area!

I went to Plaza West Jewelry & Loan to have my ring repaired. They came highly recommended and I now see why. Everyone was courteous and patient. The repair work was done expeditiously and expertly. I am so happy with my repair. I also found out the owner has been a jeweler for over 40yrs. He can make any jewelry item if you bring in a picture. How AWESOME!!
