I bought a casserole carrier, which was very cute, for my mom for Christmas. I asked to have it monogrammed as well. When I went to pick it up, it was already wrapped, so I didn't look at it. Come Christmas morning, when my mom opened her gift, the monogram was terrible. It was off-centered and crooked. The specific font made the "O" in my mom's initials look like a "D" (something I feel as though they would have realized and perhaps suggested a different font). I called to ask for a refund and left a message...I was never called back. I called again several days later and was told that since the item had been monogrammed, it could not be refunded. Although the manager was nice, she felt as though the monogram was fine. I took it to a family friend that does monogramming and she was appalled that the store would have sold the piece looking the way that it did. Had the manager agreed to refund my money, or switch out the casserole carrier, I never would have felt the need to write this review.

Was drawn in to this boutique by the window display, and was not disappointed as far as the merchandise inside but I was horrified at the poor service I received. Upon walking in, I walked all the way to the back of the store because I didn't think anyone was present. After finally getting far enough to the back that I could make eye contact with the girl working, she finally said hello to me without even putting her cell phone down. She didn't offer to help me once while I tried on clothes, and to the horror of my boyfriend he was actually the one that had to go get different dresses and sizes so I could try on. Upon seeing me leaving the dressing "area" (a corner where you stand behind a rickety privacy screen) she couldn't even be bothered to ask me if anything worked out. However, a male came in that she obviously knew while I was still there and he got immediate, and intensive attention. Would have been happy to buy several things there, but left the store disgusted with the customer service. I would not recommend shopping here.
