This place is a joke they take there time and make people wait even if there is no one in line you still have to wait place took my whole lunch hour just to go to the teller. The tellers have to learn how to count money. The edwardo guy sucks he is a lazy person. They don't know anything when you ask a question or it takes a while to get an answer. Makes you think these people are holding onto our money. And there customer service sucks and I thought other banks sucked no this is the worst...

Manager 'Hardai' walked away from her window to NOT help me and stand in the lobby looking out the window while I waited for the teller servicing the long drive through line. Horrible service

Very nice customer service....BUT ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS STILL WAITING FOR MY DEBIT CARD...WHEN I GET IT ILL CHANGE IT TO 5 STARS...THEY PRINT THE DEBIT CARD THERE...BUT THE CARD PRINTER NEVER WORKS
