Hours are inconvenient. Drive up ATM frequently will not accept cash or is completely out of order. Sometimes will not accept your card for no given reason. Extremely unreliable. No walk up ATM. Awful.

This is, hands down, the absolute worst Regions Bank branch that we have ever dealt with. They do not at all understand that we, as customers, are the very reason they exist. The banking representatives at this location are very argumentative. One representative, Mangela Gonzalez, had the audacity to argue relentlessly with me over an error that their own branch committed. Ms. Gonzalez then began to yell at me so loud that my husband could hear her words through my smartphone. I then tried to speak with Annie Sanchez (apparently the branch manager) who "didn't have the time" to talk to me. Ms. Gonzalez was so rude and disrespectful that my husband had to call the branch to ascertain why that I, a long time client of theirs (since 2007), would be treated as such. Thus began a very vexing episode wherein he was told by Natalie Albert that the problem was that "we didn't listen." Natalie then proceeded to talk over and interrupt my husband so much that he eventually gave up the conversation and took me directly to Wells Fargo bank after closing down our account at Regions. 

Please be warned about this branch. They are not at all professional and will not cater to you as a customer. If you must bank with Regions, you'd be wise to NOT MAKE this branch your home location. They just don't get it.

Please note: The only professional that did try to resolve the issue was a Ms. Melissa Cokely (sp.?). She made a follow up call, apparently, to try to repair the damage caused by her uncouth fellow employees: Mangela Gonzalez and Natalie Albert. Melissa was very polite, patient, and not at all argumentative.
