Very nice tour on real working farm. Friendly stuff. For city people very informative. Even it way more expensive then Cowgirl creamery it's totally worth it! And the best of all BLUE CHEESE ICECREAM! It's amazing!

My first time to the dairy. They make the only cheese that lists Kosher Salt on the label of the Toma. Love this cheese! Use it for everything. They are checking on both blue cheese to find out if it's made with Kosher Salt. Love the dairy!

Flavorless with as much character as a plastic bag.  Please don't buy this product if you are looking for a blue cheese.  The consistency was creamy but tasted about the same as a plastic sole of a shoe.  It may be better melted down but not on a cracker and cheese board.  Save yourself the satisfaction and  buy the more expensive brand.  Since this was the only brand available, save the money and skip it.
