I am a 57 yo disabled RN. who had been staying temporarily at In Towne Suites.  As I ran out of funds to pay an additional night, I began packing to leave. Meanwhile, InTowne Manager phoned Largo P. D. at my request so I could finish getting out of there without further harassment by management. 
Well, an Officer Jennings soon came. But instead of insuring my safety as  I got my belongings out of room, this Officer Jennings became belligerent, disrespectful, bullying.  He kicked my dogs bed out if the room at one point because he didn't want to 'dirty his hands', refused to give me my meds, a coat, shoes, my dogs food, my cats food, my cats litter box.  Im sitting here in Wal-Mart parking lot in Roosevelt with no where to go, no food, not an ounce of anything for my animals to drink, I havent  any meds, (I take steroids for Addisons Disease), and this big brut bully tells me I will have to come back Monday. 15 minutes. Thats all I was asking for.
Thank you Officer Jennings.  This disabled, homeless Nurse will just sit here in the parking lot of Walmart until Monday.  I guess I will just wait until then to feed my animals, take my meds, have something to eat. You are not a very compassionate one, Officer Jennings. May you never face adversity of any kind.  

If Police Departments around the country are asking themselves WHY they are having such difficulties in the communities and with the very people they are charged with protecting,  ask me.  I can tell you why.

I want to say thank you to Officer Williams for his kindness and professionalism handling my issue. I believe I giving credit where credit is due. Truly, he did a fine job, and was very patient while I had to look for things around my house and on my phone. 

My boyfriend is a military police officer, an (0-3) who is currently stationed overseas, and after the police officer left, he wanted to know exactly what he said and did (my BF is a little bit of a micromanager), but he was thoroughly satisfied with the job Officer Williams did, and was pleased with his kindness towards me and his professionalism during a chaotic period in the area after the hurricane (as was I). He even gave him the high and rare compliment saying that the Officer did what exactly he would do (lol, I have never even been told that from him). 

Even if nothing can be done with what I believe happened (and I know that it is based on many factors), I wanted to say thank you for his kindness, good attitude, and professionalism. 

As a Marine (but no longer on active duty or reserve status) who was in Iraq during the war, it can be embarrassing asking the police for help. But the officer was kind and professionalism enough so that my pride wasn't hurt too bad.

I want to thank the officers with Largo Police Department who responded to my dogs getting loose in the neighborhood. They were able to return my dogs without incident. Even though the dogs are kind as can be, they may seem somewhat intimidating, one being a pitbull. These officers whom responded to this situation did an outstanding job. Thanks again

I don't even want to give them one star! The officers that came to​ my home​ refused to listen to what I was saying to them, they arrested my brother and searched him"2 times'... Incompetently I have to add! As my brother was taken into PCJ he was frisked and Right away they found something that could have been avoided. Now he's looking at 3 charges when he's NEVER been arrested and then is arrested 2times in 24 hours!!! Same punk cop too! You guys must really felt inadequate in School. Horrible department.

They help me and my to find a new hotel late nite. Amazing service!!! We feel completely protected and proudly of them. Congratulations!!!
