The customer service is horrible. The restaurant is poorly cleaned. The restroom is a disaster. The food quality is poor. Chicken is not cooked thoroughly and not crisp. Biscuits are too buttery and fall apart. Only thing that is good are the fries. Avoid this location if possible because the workers drag their feet and act as if you are inconveniencing them by requesting anything.

Dirty, Rude, Unprofessional, Unsanitary 1. Walk in and the manager is yelling at one of the employees who was on a lunch break. That employee then walked back into the kitchen and made her lunch without washing her hands. 2. Every single table was dirty. I'm not exaggerating. When I asked the cashier if someone could wipe off the table, he said he didn't know. Then ignored the request. 3. An elderly customer asked to use the bathroom. The manager ignored her and continued a loud conversation about the employee she was sending home. I was irritated every second I spent in there.

Popeyes has the best chicken ever it's always fresh & hot and they always have good deals I would visit there again & again

Bigotted cashier/asst manager drove me away from ever eating at this establishment again. I think the chickrn is awesome but.................
