Absolute garbage. I've been here twice and both times they made a HUGE ERROR. The first time, they sent my package to the wrong address and it was lost. After reviewing the address in the store...to my satisfaction...it was still delivered to the wrong location. This time, Friday, October 13th 2017, I went in and specifically stated 5 times I needed a cashier's check delivered by the next day Saturday the 14th. The girl showed me prices and said it would be pricey, I responded with "Money doesn't matter right now, I need this by tomorrow 100%". She said no problem with a chuckle and smile. I paid $43.06 and called the leasing office for the apartment in Nashville and they never received anything. I called FedEx and they said it was scheduled for Monday. I'm absolutely livid. What kind of idiot makes a mistake when you tell them numerous times you need it by the next day...not the next business day AKA Monday. I'm just baffled...they screwed up my chance for an apartment...cost me $150 cashier's check and $43.06 for a delivery cost which never was correct even when she stated twice it was right. I'll be going in Monday to let them know of their second error and my anger. This uneducated moron should not be in charge of serious situations, like mail delivery, etc. Never use this place, that's a guarantee. Absolute garbage place you are Postal Plus. Shame on you. Shameful.

I enjoy paying more for convenience to save my time when I need to. I appreciate the integrity of the employees there. I have had a mailbox there for 13 years. I have never considered changing. I have also shipped items there before. I read some of the negative reviews and it becomes apparent that what I enjoy about this place can be seen differently by some. These people take good care of their customers.

Helpful people who will anyways try and find you the best prices to get your package where you need it to be. Mr Hill seems specifically to be a good customer service person.

What a great find! The employees are so helpful and professional. I have never been treated better and love the fact that it is well established, locally owned and operated. I would highly recommend their services. They are in a great location on Park Center Blvd. at the intersection of Apple Street next to Albertsons.
