Had to pick up mail at this location for 2.5 months (weekly).  Never experienced a line more than 2 persons ahead of me.  And the staff have been quite pleasant and informative.

I first thought this was the place to go, 1 mile from home. However, I have had two very expensive visits that should not have been.  I asked for cheapest cost and they sent the pkg ground, costing 3x what it should have; I verified the shipping with another location, they said it should have gone first class, and much less costly. I had another pkg weighed at a different  location and was  given the cost; the next day I took it in to the Targee location and they charged me about $6 more. Since the cost I incur is pro bono, I need to use another location.

I have always had excellent customer service at this branch location.  Occasionally I have misdirected mail in my post office box.  Mistakes happen.  Love this location.  But don't tell anyone.  I like that it is not very crowded.

I enjoy the employees here. The office is always clean and organized everyone is always helpful and courteous. I also enjoy having a number so I can just sit any where and wait for my number to be called. It's also very spacious in there for us claustrophobic souls. I just wish there were more benches or chairs to sit on for the holiday rush season.

So I had a package delivered to my work, well apparently they told me it was deliverable, i offered to pick it up and was to "oh no don't worry about it, they will correct it and get it sent out to". Well I checked online today and now the package is in Salt Lake. I NOW have to pay triple the shipping to get the package and they are charging the sender that sent me the package a fee just to pick it up. I understand things happen and I am very understanding but I spoke to 2 offices who told me not to worry and not to pick it up that they would have it handled. Very disappointed and will NEVER go through this post office again
