It is a Federal government department and expect proceedures to be followed. I used to get my checks delivered to my neighbor's houses, but that has not happed for a long time. Don't take a bad attitude with a bureaucracy as they are just a gear in a big machine. If there is a broken gear someplace, then it is not anothers fault but you can report it to someone, probably online. For today's society, they are about average.

Actually I wouldn't even give a one star rating if I didn't have to. I've complained several times about my mail getting delivered to the wrong address but it's still an ongoing issue. When I go to the garden City office all I get is rude service and a run around. My dad was in the postal service for 32 years and never had one complaint. It's not that hard to deliver the mail to the correct address especially when the boxes are all labeled. Fix the problem or find a job that you can handle.

Incorrect tracking updates, saying that a delivery attempt was made but I was home and there definitely wasn't. Also, as others have said, phones ring for a reason so get a clue and pick it up. Whoever is running this location should be fired immediately. The whole branch reeks of incompetency. It is disappointing to know that my tax dollars pay for this level of stupidity.

I don't normally stop in at this location but did in order to send some registered mail. I was surprised and delighted by the excellent service I received from Crystal. She helped me through all the forms and got the big envelope all buttoned up and ready to go.

they can be good from time to time. but forget about calling them they dont answer. and i have had several packages( not all at once) say attempted delivery but i have nothing in my mail box telling me why or where to pick it up at.
