Story

Five Mile Pass is a high arid region ~14mi west of Eagle Mountain, Utah, that is managed by the Bureau of Land Management and is popular for motocross, off highway vehicle recreation, mountain biking, hiking, and camping.The area is on the Utah County and Tooele County line, and the Pony Express passed through the area during 1860-1861. The area also was traveled by the stagecoach and pioneer families heading west for Nevada and California. Other historical activities in the area include mineral mining and quarrying.

They lost a package of mine put a box of makeup that belonged to someone else in my mailbox then told me my package was delivered. The manager basically called me a liar and refused to acknowledge their mistake.

They keep putting my Credit Card mail and other mail in someone else's p.o box. Totally incompetent. If Someone steals my identity or Credit Card info, I will be suing them. It's ridiculous!!! IF you can't read go back to 1st grade.

Constantly losing my mail. I'll call in and ask for help and I get rude employees. I'll have mail that was claimed to be delivered a week before and it not show up for 5 or 6 weeks after calling daily and requesting help. These people are horrible and don't take their job seriously. The person that delivers in our neighborhood never leaves lock box keys and always messes up any packages. I've lost hundreds of dollars and no one will help me.

I went into grab a flat rate box. And wanted to check if they had a diffrent sized box inside the actual post office (i usually use the kiosk )i opened the door and stepped inside to look at the boxes a man behind the counter shouts we are closed. (Its exactly there closing time which i didn't realize) i just replied with oh ok thank you and tried to finish looking at the boxes real quick since there were 5 or 6 people in line the gentleman then loudly mumbles "closed means closed" I just let him know i was not in line and that i heard him the first time I could see if i was in there for 5 min but to make 2 separate comments in less then a minute that i was in there seems like someone having a bad day and taking it out in other people or just really hates their job. I saw no harm in me looking at the flat rate boxes for all of 10 seconds I just really did not appreciate the way i was spoke to by someone who is in customer service. I just wish i had gotten his name. Unfortunately this is why most people use the kiosk.
