Let's start by saying my experience with Eurotech was great. My M3 was throwing codes, so I decided to give them a call and see when I could drop my car off to get checked out. Their receptionist Jamie set me up to get my car checked out. I could already tell by her tone and demeanor over the phone that the people who work here care about their customers.

I got an email from Daniel my service advisor after they ran tests and diagnostics on my vehicle with results and recommended course of action for the repairs. Daniel went above and beyond to help me get a loaner vehicle after hours so I could get around while my car was being worked on. Communication throughout the process was fluid, and my repair was under their original estimate. I will be coming back to Eurotech because I now feel that I can trust them with my love. Thumbs up for Jamie, Daniel, Jeff(+anyone else who worked on my car)and the owners for running a great shop. We are lucky to have you!

So if you want honest, friendly, trustworthy service for your car, don't hesitate and give them a call.

I brought my car here for the first time yesterday.  Daniel was friendly, efficient, and communicated very well.  It was a far better experience than I have ever had at any other shop and I plan to bring my vehicle here for any future needs.  Thanks!

Fast, honest and efficient. Willing to talk through the estimates. They were more than willing to save me some money and use parts I had purchased online thinking I’d do the work myself but never did.

Brought my car in for a tire rotation and general pre-trip inspection. Appointment was at 10:30AM and I had my car back a little after 12. Front office people were very friendly and took time to explain things to me. I was given the broken center cover piece for my wheel with the metal circle that sits inside of it, was told that they would not cover a replacement....

Update: 01/03/18 Seth called to discuss work recently done and review.  Nice when an owner takes the time to speak directly to customers.
