My husband and son went to get snacks and gas.  My son was asked if he stole a candy bar.  He had changed his mind and set down the candy bar and the store clerks assumed he put it in his pocket!  It was highly humiliating for my son to be accused of stealing.  And I am extremely  pissed off.  
We get out oil changed on all three of our vehicles, but we will not be back.   They have lost good paying customers.

Had to stop for an oil change and knew from bringing my husband's car their before I needed no appointment so I just popped in with my 5 1/2 month old blue nose bully not knowing if I was going to be able to let her wait inside with her or have to have her outside and it was chilly a evening, well no worries as they totally allowed her in. Major points for that !!!! I was told a about a 45 minute which was off I waited only about 30 minutes so great service and promised time. Oil change under 23 bucks... Totally recommend these guys.

My favorite place to fuel up.  I also get food here that people would not believe came from a "gas-station".  One day I picked out a roast beef dinner for $4.99 that was so good I called the store to rave about and compliment them for it.  Its also the only place I know of that has "clear fuel"(just petrol only)for the lawn mower and snowblower. They run better with it.

I wish I could gave them 0 star. Absolutely terrible service. My car wouldn't start and they towed my car to their shop - I was going to another shop but the towing guy assured me that my car would be taken care of that night. I went with him. After being stranded in the shop for nearly 2 hours, I enquired about my car and was told there's nothing they could do as there were many cars ahead of me and suggest I come back the next day. I asked if at least I could be given a ride back home, because the whole reason I was there was because of their promise to fix my car. They refused, with a terribly bad attitude. I had to take a uber back home. Before I left, a new customer came in asking if they could fix her car; interestingly they agreed. As a foreigner with an accent, I felt discriminated against. The next day, they fixed car, but charged to me an unreasonably high price. The whole experience was just a disaster. Don't go there.

I called ahead for an estimate for a simple headlight change on my vehicle that takes a bit more work than the typical vehicle. They mislead me on the price estimate by $70, I'm guessing to get me in there and wasting my time and theirs. Not worth it.
