After looking at the reviews I decided to take my car for a 50,000 mile service since I didn’t want to drive and take my car to the dealership on Thornton rd. Well this turned a nightmare , 1 they don’t take appointments, 2 they took forever ( 6 hours) 3 they never called me to tell me my car was ready I had to call 3x. After I picked up my car I had some errands to run in Atlanta. I was driving to Atlanta and my car started shaking and limit started to decrease. I never had problems with my car before , never had a car accident always on time with my mileage check , so for this to happen something went wrong and I knew it was them. I called back to the place my dad had to pick up my car and drive my car back to the dealership , when I arrived there I had to leave my car again and they told me well I don’t know what went wrong and if you think it’s us and you don’t trust us you can go somewhere else. I left my car there , picked it up until 5pm the next day. Do you guys know what y’all are doing? It’s such a inconvenience to deal with people that do not know what they are doing and with such a horrible customer service. Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Who knows what they are doing!

Wouldn't dream of taking my vehicles anywhere else. Danny and his staff are professional and very easy to work with. Prices are great, and I have never ever felt like they were trying to pile on charges. EXCELLENT service and quick. Can't say enough good about them.

Great people, great work, straight shooters.  I don't make mechanic recommendations, but these guys are the exception.  All around the best I've found.

Every time I have come to this shop with my crazy car problems they have not only been polite and helpful but each time they have done great work. I am a very satisfied customer! Thanks to the service manager Diane!
