Meineke Car Care Center has been America’s local auto repair shop since 1972. Starting out as a muffler shop we have expanded to a full service car repair shop that performs services from car ac repair to exhaust repair to tire changes at our tire shop. This is the worst place they would not honor free oil changes on veterans day unless you live in peachtree city even if you were a current customer. The  internet said all Meineke's would honor. Lady at the front says she is the Tech, Manager, Customer service rep, Tire Buster and all (not kidding) She says she does not know where the next Meineke is and does not care if you call corporate. The manager will not call you back. Corporate sends you a coupon to give them you go back she is there and says not the coupon came from another state. She has an accent believe her name is Tammy but she might change her name do not go here

UPDATE: Attempted to get my oil changed here again a couple months ago and the staff seems to have changed. The lady at the desk was rude and unhelpful. She clearly did not mind losing my business of over five years. She argued with me rudely about previous work I had done on my car at this location and said they "had never done that and would not be helping me today either." I had to find another place a mile down the road to change my oil for me instead. 

07/2015- 5Star Rating given- This is my second visit to this location. The first was very unpleasant. This second visit was surprisingly great. The customer service was outstanding. The sense of urgency to get me on my way was excellent. The price of service was much better than I expected. I was clearly informed about not only the current service being done, but also taken into the shop and quickly explained potential future issues I may want to address. The attendant servicing my car was careful, efficient, and professional. On a very important side note: This shop is lined inside and out with the flags and recognition of our U.S. Armed Forces. I personally appreciate more than I can explain in this review the bold and proud honoring and display of support for those who serve in our military. Well done guys, in spite of my unpleasant first visit, you have earned my business again.

Good luck getting them to honor a coupon. I'm given a different excuse each time I'm there on why they (she) won't honor it. After paying, the lady threw the coupon (she wouldn't honor) in the trash. It's OK, I probably won't need it as I most likely won't be coming back.

I used to frequent this Meineke often and loved it. Fast and friendly service. I would go out of my way to give them my business. I know they have closed in the past and changed management. Well this morning, I make an appointment to have my oil changed. The posted pictures show an offer for this location. So I printed off that coupon and made my way to the store for my appointment. The woman at the front desk informs me that they can not honor the free tire rotation. I asked why. She states that it is based on location. So I tell her that it was an option when I made my appointment this morning. Her response, "I don't control the online system." I was shocked at this answer. Apparently this location is acting independently from the rest of the Meineke corporation. I told her never mind and leave. I check the website when I get in my car just to make sure I wasn't missing something and maybe it was my fault. Again, I see that this is an offer for THIS location. So I go back in and ask her if this was in fact store #1957. She says in her most rude, condescending tone, "I already told you we can't honor that coupon. I am not going to honor it." Keyword here was "I." Long story short, don't waste your time here. There are plenty of other options to have your car serviced.

One of the last times I went here one of the technicians smoked in my car during a test drive. Took a week to get the smell out.

The next time I came I  tried to use a coupon that I printed off the website specifically for the Peachtree area and they refused to honor it. The lady was actually rude about  it. So I just took my keys and went to tire's plus.
