Can't beat the pricing and customer service. My pocketbook and wife LOVE this place. I broke my finger and they not only cut my ring off but ordered me a brand new one at no cost. Highly recommend.

Erin was very helpful and informative.  My fiance and I found a great ring, were treated exceptionally, and the pricing was the best that I had found.
Very laid back environment and some spectacular pieces.

I recently had a ring made and diamond sourced from Prestige and it was INCREDIBLE! The color, design, brilliance and the price beat everywhere else I compared them too. I had recommended a friend there after receiving great service from Sergio and he had an awesome experience there as well. Sarah helped me pick everything out and took the time to explain everything to me. She was super upfront with the price and flexible with payment after a surprise ACL surgery for my dog. Overall, I received a great price, great service, and a great product. I'll be back for the wedding band soon!

The customer service that I experienced here was breathtaking! I am about to have my 3 year anniversary of Sobriety and have a ring that is the symbol of my accomplishment! The ring was too small and as a gift for this occasion my father gave me my great great grandmother’s wedding band to add to my ring for sizing! This would add so much meaning and emotional value to the diamond ring. There are 3 diamonds, one for every year of Sobriety. To have my family heirloom added to this special ring would be a difficult task but a dream come true! Prestige made it possible! Erin even came in on her day off to finish it just so I could have it on my anniversary date (which was 10 days earlier than the original set pick up date) They also put a collage of pictures together of the process of adding my grandmother’s ring! This was an experience that I will never forget and Prestige added even more value to what this ring means to me! It even helped me have more faith in people! Being a recovering addict I am very often judged negatively and they treated me the exact opposite of that. They treated me With such respect and kindness that I was left speechless! I will never step foot into any other Jewelry store for my future purchases, repairs or cleanings! They will forever be my first choice! Thank you Erin and Sarah for your time and efforts in making this the best it could possibly be! You have made a new and very cherished family heirloom! As this ring is passed down in the future it will come with an amazing story as well! This experience is one every person deserves to have! I recommend you let Prestige Diamonds & Jewelry create an experience for you that you will never forget!

I came in looking for a ring for my girlfriend. Found exactly what I was looking for and Sarah the owner customized it exactly to what I wanted. The ring was perfect! She was super helpful and knowledgeable and made buying the ring so easy! I highly recommend when looking for engagement rings!
