The worst service possible. I made the mistake of having a custom engagement ring and wedding band made here. There smallest of all problems was them telling me it would be ready well before they knew it would. The WILL treat you like a commission, not a person picking out a special piece of life. They will lie and mislead you about everything. Go...elsewhere....

Amazing. I will never go anywhere else. Here's why: (and no, I'm not getting free merchandise or any discounts) My lady and I are a young couple (24 yrs old) and we were treated like dirt at every place we went. Lee Reed, Jared, Stuart's Gem shop, Simmons, called many others, I've lost count. I had purchased a ring for my lady from a small native american jewelry shop up in northern Idaho, and held onto the ring for a YEAR waiting for the right moment, it wasn't expensive, but it was what SHE WANTED. Turns out I waited a bit too long because in all her badassery my lady lost 50lbs in a year! The ring didn't fit when I proposed (by a factor of almost 4 sizes!). We went to all the aforementioned jewelry shops and were met with harsh judgement (just because we were young doesn't mean the last 8 YEARS of the relationship doesn't count.), condescending tones, and "We don't service 'those' kinds of rings/stones here". Even asked if they could recreate the ring, told all of them I would pay whatever it took. Apparently they didn't take us seriously. They missed out. Went to Kay, told John and the staff our story. Aside from being insanely kind to us, they took the time to explore every option. Ended up getting a ring custom made, WITH a warranty, true to the original. It's a gorgeous ring, and not nearly half as pretty as my lady. Just because these rings don't cost 3 months salary doesn't mean they won't still blow you away. If you want a staff that cares about what YOU WANT, not just commission, then go here. I pinkie promise you wont regret it.

I have purchased several items at this Kay Jewelers location. I find that there is typically a wait to get some help. They are very focused on "selling" moreso than "helping". I like the products that they carry.

Despite the long wait I received excellent customer service buying engagement and wedding set as well as a watch. Financing process was simple and fast. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I will buy from them again.
