I am very disappointed in the experience I had while trying to exchange a Christmas present. I just needed a ring exchanged for a bigger size and after spending an hour and a half they told me sorry, we can't give you the same sale price, even though I was within return/exchange policy. Anna and Tracy made the experience horrible for something that should have been very easy. Save your time and money and go somewhere else than Zales!

My fiancé and I decided to go in and get a ring she has had her eye on. The store manager Anna was extremely helpful and nice about everything! She went as far as asking us about how we met and what kind of wedding we were going to have and seemed truly invested in who we were and how we were doing.  I would recommend this place one hundred percent!!

I am honestly over the moon, I would give this place a thousand stars! Anna the store manager is the most genuine kind hearted woman I have ever met. I had kind of a hard situation being stuck with a ring that I over paid for from another jewelry store and was unhappy  with, and she was understanding and as helpful as she could be. I had my eyes on a Disney Collection ring for quite a while and stopped in every so often to see the ring until my fiancé and I decided to try and get it, she remembered me every time and was so willing to let me see it and talk with me about all of my options. I am so grateful for her. She was truly so genuine, and really did care about me and our special disney themed wedding and even let me show her all the photos of our planning! Everyone in the store was so sweet and cared about me and not just the SALE! I felt like I left the store with the beautiful ring of my dreams, and a few new friends. Zales is a must!! and Anna is the person to see!!!

Not very helpful and very pushy. Looked at a couple things casually and might have purchased if it was not pushed on me SO hard. As far as selection and quality here the selection is small and the quality is fair for the prices.

I returned a necklace and the lady told me it would take 48 hours to receive a refund on my card. After 5 days went by I hadn't received a refund, I called the store and learned that it could take 10-15 days before the refund goes through. I was lied to when I returned the necklace. Money I desperately needed quickly I did not receive for weeks. This is how they treat customers, by lying to them.
