Absolutely terrible customer service. My now-fiancee and I went in to look at rings before we got engaged. We were met with an incredibly rude sales person who seemed annoyed that I actually wanted to try a ring on. We only looked at two because she made me feel so uncomfortable. Other people seemed to be receiving good service, and I felt like she just wasn't taking us seriously because we look young. I understand not wanting to spend time showing jewelry to girls who are just messing around, but we wanted to buy a ring. After leaving I was incredibly upset and didn't even want to go look anywhere else. My fiancee convinced me to go to Fred Meyer Jewelers, where we were met by incredibly friendly and helpful sales people. He proposed to me with a gorgeous ring he bought there, and we've been back twice since to pick out bands. They're always incredibly kind and helpful. If you're afraid of being judged (or just bad customer service) please don't go to Helzberg.

Austin and Monica are both super awesome! I try super hard to be helped by them each time I go in and since picking out our engagement amd wedding rings, it has turned into every other week. I love chatting with Monica and Austin is a goofball. They are both just super fun and want whats best for their customers!

I would give this store zero stars if it wasn't for an amazing guy that works there Austin. My fiancé and myself went into the mall location to look for rings. Everyone was willing to say hello however no one really seemed to care or even ask what we were looking for. Until... AUSTIN! His attitude and the way he holds himself makes you feel good to be there and you know he wants to take care of your needs and he listened to everything we wanted and could afford! We left not able to pay at that moment but Austin still followed up with us and we decided to go back when we had the money. When we went in the next time (money in hand) Austin was not there. The other team members were still gloomy and not very friendly. We decided to wait for Austin to return to work. If you go to the mall location wait to be helped by Austin! You will not regret it!

y fiancé and I went to several jewelry stores around town to find the perfect ring. I wanted something different that you wouldn't find on every brides finger. I also wanted yellow gold which many jewelry stores don't carry. As soon as we walked into Williams Jewelry, I knew that this is where I wanted to get my ring. I got a really good vibe from Mike, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. I ended up picking a beautiful ring that was displayed in white gold. Mike helped us pick the perfect center diamond for it. My ring was custom made to fit my center diamond, my finger, and in yellow gold. It arrived in 3 weeks and I couldn't be happier. It is possibly the most beautiful, detailed ring I have ever seen. The craftsmanship is amazing. I get complimented on it constantly. I haven't seen anyone else wear something similar. I will be going back to Williams for ring cleaning and am looking forward to getting our wedding bands there. Highly recommend.
