Hands down the only jewelry place I will ever go to now. I went to multiple stores before Jared's and none of them compared to the experience I had with them.  They educated me on everything I needed to know about diamonds before even showing me anything and brought me exactly what I was wanting by the description I gave them with the best price and quality I could get along being so friendly and making me comfortable about buying the ring I wanted. Been a customer a customer for over two years and worked mostly with Marc and Jolie and my wife and I have had nothing but the best experience with them and the rest of the staff at Jared's!!!  Whether custom or what was in stock thier quality and attention to detail in above the rest.  I would also like to mention thier follow up was a pleasant surprise.  Marc always puts his customers needs first.  I highly recommend Marc and his team at Jared's fine Jewelry to anyone wanting that special jewelry buying experience that exceeds the competition.  Thanks for taking great care of us.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!  DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME SHOPPING HERE. 

I purchased a men's wedding ring for $200.  3 months later my fiancé left me for greener pastures.  I was heart-broken and in a tough spot financially, so I brought the unopened/unworn ring back for a return. 

It wasn't a special ordered ring (as I had just picked it out of a case there), so I wasn't surprised when the employee working said it wouldn't be a problem. She went back to get confirmation from her manager, but came back saying "sorry, after 30 days there is nothing we can do"....and that her manager was on lunch, so I would need to come back if I wanted to talk to him. It just so happened to be my birthday and one week past what was supposed to be my wedding day, so I told them "I could really use something good to happen in my life today".  

I came back later and asked the manager if he could call someone and explain my situation and he said "it would be a waste of his and my time.  Policy is policy". He recommended I try and sell it on Craigslist.  Congratulations Jared, you lost a customer for life over a $200 men's wedding ring.  I can't imagine why you keep closing stores all over the country.....

I originally went to Lee Read jewelers to get my wedding set unsoldered, when the managers there refused to work on my ring because they claimed that my D clarity GIA certified emerald cut diamond was not real! They had only one diamond tester and it apparently was on the fritz. I rushed home and found my GIA certification and went to Jared in Boise.  They reviewed my certification and tested my diamond as 100% real.  They were shocked to hear how the other jeweler handled that situation and could not believe they did not have any other methods of verifying stones.  Not to mention, the staff at Jared were all so warm and genuine---a rarity in most jewelry stores. Thank you Sarah for seriously turning my day around! I will bring all of my future business to Jared.

Out of ALL the jewelry stores out there I went to Jared. I went to Jared because it had the best value and I could tell as soon as I walked in the door that they truly cared about how I felt and that they really cared about me as a person. They actually took the time to get to know me and helped me pick out a piece of jewelry that completely suited me. My experience was amazing, I'm definitely going back and recommend it to anyone wanting to get the best jewelry, for the best price out there!
