I only got a couple cups of hot tea, and they were good, but the customer service I received was the reason I'm leaving a rating. I hadn't tasted a certain flavor of tea before and the employee unexpectedly gave me a free cup of it for free just in case I wouldn't like it. I did end up liking it and I appreciated that gesture so much that I went back to buy another one for my husband. Good customer service is everything to me, so I appreciate it when it happens. Thank you!

Excellent options for fresh, flavorful good that isn't your everyday taste. I thought it was fairly priced. The spicy chicken flat bread was amazing, spicy but amazing!

Good place for quick lunch.  Mainly sandwiches and canned/bottled drinks.  Deli setup.  Good place to view the chicago river.

What not to love about this place. Convenient location in merchandise mart, delicious food, great selection, wonderful employees, and spacious seating area.
