I had a wonderful experience here at Prime Toyota.  The Service Advisor, Jim R. greeted my daughters and I with a smile.  He was extremely helpful and friendly.  I've been to Prime Toyota a few times now since moving to Leominster and Jim is the best advisor I have encountered.  I can trust that the needs and safety of my family are his top priority.  The Service Center cashier Paula is wonderful as well.  She is always so friendly and sweet to my girls.  She is a lovely woman.  Thank you Prime Toyota!

I am going into my 2nd lease with Prime [formerly Norm Wagner] Toyota, and I am probably not going anywhere else. There is no pressure at this dealership ever, they are all very laid back and friendly. We have had two salesmen that we have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Luke Brown and Teddy Brown. Over the past year, as I've kept up with my maintenance of my previous lease, I would see Teddy in the salesroom while I was waiting and he would always come over and great me and make sure I was all set, always remembering my name! When my lease got close to the mileage that I had to turn it in on, though it was early, he was very happy to take it in early and went above and beyond to get me the Toyota 4-runner that I now drive in the color I wanted! We are very happy with all of the service we've received, they only do what absolutely needs to be done and you don't feel like you are paying for more than you need to. Never dealt with any dealership that works that hard to keep it's customers....hope it never changes!!

I never leave reviews, but I had to because of my great experience at this dealership! First of all, I’ve always had Hondas for 10 years now. I dread going to dealerships as usually it’s an all day experience(at least at the Honda dealerships). I was in and out within an hour and a half with the deal done. They don’t screw you at this dealership. The sales manager works with you and what you can afford for a monthly payment. I can’t thank Kristin and Jermaine enough! I love my new car!!! I would highly recommend this dealership!

The staff are so friendly and helpful without being pushy. We were in and out with our dream car in just a couple hours. They have the best prices and work with your budget. We showed up 20 mins before they closed and they did not rush us out or make us feel like we were holding them up. I hate buying a car but I was so impressed with them. I will never buy a car anywhere else!!

I made an appointment on the website for oil change and inspection, once i got to the dealer i told the guy that i have an appointment, he asked me what the appointment was for and i told him then he started telling me that the oil change will be like $50 and inspection $35. 
I told him that when i made the appointment it said $32 for oil change and $35 for inspection. I gave him the confirmation number and he didn’t even bothered to look for it. He even told me that when i see it at that price to show him (like making fun of me and not believing me) After I showed him the prices in my phone he asked me that what dealer it was from, that it wasn’t from Toyota Route 2. When obviously i was in their website. Didn’t wanted to believe me or didn’t even checked the confirmation number. And they just letted me waiting 2:30 for an oil change and inspection. That’s embarrassing. In service department They don’t treat the customers with respect   
What’s the point of making an appointment if once i get to the dealer they don’t even look for anything and want to treat you like you’re a walk in. 
You lost a loyal customer.
