WORST PLACE EVER. Don't come here. It's a family of Dominicans trying to rip people off and get the most out of it while your stuck with crappy car that you payed too much for. They make you waste your time and money to go over there and don't even apologize for the wait because they make you wait forever just to ask one question. They suck, they don't care about anything, they want you to give them a good down payment for a not good working car that has multiple problems and now you gotta deal with. The mechanic in Grafton st too they suck, they don't know what they're doing. How does that make sense. Save yourself multiple headaches and stress and frustration and avoid these 2 dealerships.  They just want your money and don't care, they just give you whatever car. For all you know they're not even licensed because they don't know what the he'll they're doing. 1 star is a lot for the bad experience I had with Sonia's.

These guys went above and beyond when it came to finding me my dream car! They did not have it in stock and had one shipped from Michigan for me(2014 Jeep SRT). they kept me updated everyday until the vehicle arrived, and it only took about a week. Cant complain, the process was smooooth def will come back. thanks!

stars from me, as a costumer u always try to get the best deal, and I know I can be a hard head costumer when it comes to negotiating what I want, I walked in to just take a look around, ended up buying a beautiful car, I'll give u guys a name to look for if ever need a good deal and an honest sells guy, Christian is that guy, walk in and ask for him, he worked with me to get what I wanted, great guy and great ppl, he really made buying a car so easy and comfortable. Everything went smooth. No pressure to buy. Very friendly. Easy to get in touch with, and very reasonable prices. I enjoyed my experience here at the Southbridge location. Christian was wonderful, as was Johan. I highly recommend shopping here for your new car here.
