The sales process was easy.  Rodney was very personable, professional, thoughtful and thorough.  They were very accommodating by allowing us to spend a lot of time with the car before purchase.  Between the sale and the time we were to pick-up the vehicle some unforeseen paperwork issues arose.  The way this dealership handled that situation really set them apart.  They not only addressed the issue quickly but they proactively took action to accommodate us for any possible inconvenience.  It was very impressive and helped make this a very memorable purchase experience rather than just a transaction.  Thanks to that, we are very happy to be referring folks to Colonial!

Leased a Ram 1500 from Colonial, everything from the quickness of selection, to the finance was quick and simple. Took delivery of my beautiful truck less than 24 hours later. Quick, friendly and great prices. Negotiation wasn’t even a topic, best deal around by walking in.

After weeks of researching the Jeep Wrangler I wanted, I stopped in for a test drive and was greeted by Nick Mazzone. He was an incredibly friendly guy, took me on a great test drive and let me drive around as long as i wanted to. Super knowledgable about the Wrangler I was testing, which was a blessing because I've heard horror stories about other dealerships where the employees weren't very educated on the vehicles they were selling. When deciding to purchase, Nick made the buying process very comfortable and easy, I never felt pulled around in a direction I wasn't comfortable with. Nick was highly accommodating and courteous. When Tim C. the Sales Manager got involved in the sale, he was also fantastic. Down to earth guy, super friendly, more than happy to explain the numbers in a way that was easy to understand and happy to explain anything or answer any questions. The two of these guys made the buying experience an absolute pleasure. Couldn't be happier!
