Danny was my sales women and she was amazing she went over and beyond to get me into my very first car. And was able to get a bank to finally have me finance. And also found the perfect insurance company to work in my budget. Honestly felt like i made a friend we had great communication always laughing and smiling and was just as excited for me to get my car. ❤️ Thank you Danny ! I recently purchased a used vehicle and had a very positive experience working with Chris. I liked the vehicle I test drove but it had some work that needed to be done before I was comfortable with purchasing it. I ended up signing the paper work on Tuesday for the car based on them doing the minor repairs. There were a number of items that I listed and they went above and beyond in resolving them. I was kept in the loop at all times and I was able to pick the car up just 3 days later. I was honestly expecting the repairs to take much longer, so this was a very pleasant surprise! They also included a free inspection at their location nearby which was not offered with other used vehicles I have purchased in the past. 

I would highly recommend Automax of Marlborough and working with Chris from my recent experience.

Chris and Ana were knowledgeable and through answering my questions from beginning to end. Chris welcomed me as soon as I walked through the door with a kind smile and I explained to him and that I had searched online and found a specific vehicle that I wanted to look at. It was the end of the day on a Sunday, and he never rushed me to make up my mind, he gave me time and space to drive the car and look at it for as long as I needed to. When I decided that I wanted to purchase the vehicle, Ana worked fast to approve me for a loan and helped me to get the best rate possible. I am pleased and grateful for their help and their assistance. I would seriously recommend this dealership, their level of respect and professionalism is outstanding. Thank you Automax Preowned (Chris and Ana), and keep up the good work! :)

This month we bought a car from the Marlboro location. After being so disappointed by previous car buying experiences, we went to this location out of curiosity. 
When we arrived, we were welcomed by Daniele Salles, who made us feel very welcomed. With her sympathy, charisma and competence, she’s provided us with a very satisfactory purchase experience. We are very happy with her work. She was very helpful and knows what she’s doing. We appreciated her wisdom and she was able to provide everything we needed for a wonderful experience!

We recently bought a car from the Marlborough location, and Danyelle handled the transaction for us. We could not have been more pleased with her professionalism and her attention to our needs. She was well informed about the vehicle and all that we needed to do to complete the purchase. She is a superb representative of your company, and we will certainly request her should we ever need to acquire another vehicle.
