Horrible Experience by a Employee by the name of Shane in the front of the service center at this location and a remarkably uncaring human being by the name of Marshall handling our claim. Not only did I do everything asked while not having a vehicle and being injured but it truely seemed these people had ZERO sympathy when the mistake was entirely of their own doing. After my incident, I had to pick up my coverage check which I would get once I brought in my Clean Title of the Totalled Vehicle that was towed away, then Progressive takes ownership of the totalled vehicle so you no longer pay tax on it and they scrap it/auction it etc. to recoop some funds on the claim. Long story short. Shane. The man who's job mainly consists of filling out and handing documents to people, decides to sign my clean Title for my owned (not financed) Altima on the WRONG LINE ON THE BACK OF THE TITLE! WHAT!?!?! He gasped, looked up at me and said "Oh my god man, this never happens?!?!". Ok what is it now I ask? I signed the vehicles title on the wrong line and now your title is VOID! WHAAAAT! For anyone not familiar with the importance of a clean title transfer, businesses and people alike do not like screwed up titles in ANY form and the vehicle usually cannot switch hands until a DUPLICATE original is PURCHASED at the DMV, for a nominal fee, after a day off work, waiting in that god awful line. Wow. Not like I didn't already rent a car in pain enough to scream, now I get to wait at the DMV this week during my surgical recovery and run all around town..Stellar. Upon explaining to me what he had done he decided he did not want to take the heat in front of his co workers and handed me my compensation check which I went there for originally and proceeded to tell me that he'll keep the title and that they will take care of it all and no need to worry, have a nice day, right? Wrong. Cue to my hour ride home from this eye sore service center off the most dangerous road in the state in the most inconvenient town in the state and having no other satellite offices anywhere even REMOTELY close to us to get this done. About 15 minutes into the ride home MARSHALL calls to tell me everything Shane said was bogus and was only said in an attempt to make me temporarily complacent and to get me to leave basically. I almost couldn't believe thay this guy was about to tell me. Not only did this guy not care this his underling basically destroyed my vehicles papertrail with the stroke of a pen but he then said I had to wait at the DMV now and take ANOTHER DAY off work to wait, pay for the duplicate title myself, wait for it to be sent, meanwhile I need this thing off my taxes so I can avoid the excise tax during tax season on a vehicle I haven't owned in months. If your unlucky enough to have made it this far into the Review of this nightmare place. AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS AND THE UNSYMPATHETIC DRONES THEY HAVE WORKING THERE WITH ABSOLUTELY NO REGARD TO THE SUFFERING OFTEN ASSOCIATED WITH INSURANCE CLAIMS AND HOW OTHER'S HAD TO NOW SUFFER FOR THEIR ROOKIE MISTAKE WHICH WAS NOT ONLY A POTENTIAL FINANCIAL BURDEN BUT A PHYSICAL ONE AS WELL. GOOD RIDDANCE SHANE AND MARSHALL OF PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE RHODE ISLAND!

Car was brought after road paint splattered on the car instead of repainting the hood and mirrors they used some form of stripper that had actually damaged the paint on my care and has also eaten away at the thin coating on my headlights. So super unhappy probably going to leave Progressive due to this half ass job that was done.

I've been two years with this stupid insurance company and they just decided to cut off my account for the following reasons -Something that happened the past year. BYE! Son unos pillos 😡😡😡

Paid me more than I paid for my car after I totalled it. Was able to replace my 6mo old totalled Benz with another.
