Can you give 0 stars? How does Demetrios have a 3 star rating? Take pictures with any landlord. Make copies if you rent from this guy. Like most Athens landlords he does not obey tenant landlord laws. He bought the property that I lived at in college and then bait and switched us telling the residents that he was planning to fix the property up. He sent his cronies in to "asses the property" but really they were taking pictures and snooping through our rooms trying to build an eviction case. The judge laughed him out of the courtroom. Never got a single ounce of truth from this nut. Don't trust him past his height. He sued his brother. What more can I say?

Wow! What an incredible rental facility! Rachel did everything she could to make our experience both comfortable and relaxing. I would highly recommend this business to anyone in the area renting anything, especially a car! Completely turned around a really stressful situation we were having and gave us a great day!

I cannot begin to explain how AMAZING Rachel and Prokos are. Our car broke down about 20 minutes out of Athens and Rachel helped us so much to rent one of the cars. She was so nice and patient (even that we came 20 minutes before they were closing) and made our stressful day so much more relaxed.
