Great place if you want to stand in line for 2 hours.  Go somewhere else if you want to rent a car.

Worst customer service. All of the nice cars parked out front are not the cars available to rent. They were trying to get me to rent a pick up truck, when I needed a compact car to go run errands and pick up clients. Tried Avis, down the street, 300xs better

This crew of workers are lazy, basic as well as unprofessional. Jose was an idiot and sounded drunk--while the other two employees picked up the phone and passed it on...a bunch of kids. One has to call three or four times to get through and for a worker to take the call seriously. It is a shame this enterprise is associated with USC as the USC alumni discount is non-existent. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! GO SOME WHERE ELSE!

i went to rent the car and it took me a full hour until i was out driving. When she told me the final amount for the rental, i asked twice if that was the final price i was going to pay, they said yes, when i check my credit card, i realise i got charged 50$ more than agreed. It is the second time they do this to me at enterprise, i am never going to trust those thiefs again. As im writing this, i have been waiting for 30 minutes at the phone.

Thank goodness I checked in the day before to ensure pickup for my boss would be smooth this time, since last time it took my boss FOREVER to get his reserved car!  That's when he told me he wasn't going to be there at the pickup time, which means no one would have been.  If I hadn't asked, there would have been a major problem.  We were able to handle everything ahead of time, but some heads up would have been appreciated.  Now I'm having serious difficulty trusting this particular location (USC campus).  I understand there's only one person manning the whole thing, but c'mon!  At least let me know when you won't be there for pickup!    
I gave 3 stars because the location is convenient and I was able to get the car rental handled ahead of time for my boss.  So for those of you who use that location, CHECK IN SEVERAL TIMES BEFORE THE PICKUP DATE TO ENSURE YOU CAN GET YOUR CAR IN A TIMELY MANNER!
