If I could have given no stars I would have.
We reserved a moving truck almost a month in advance. The day before pick up we asked to  move pick up back one day, thus giving them an extra day to get the truck ready. This took hours to accomplish as they would not answer the phone and finally I had to go in and speak with someone. We arrive at 11 am on day of pick up and the truck isn't there. Not only that but when asked why she didn't call she said "it's not my job to do that. Maybe you should look at at another company". Service was rude and the truck did not arrive at all even though we gave them an extra 19 hours to get it from our original reservation.

Absolute worst car rental experience of my life. Didn't have what I reserved gave me something not comparable and screwed me on the contract. Not to mention car was a complete dump. Trash everywhere. Total rip off. Use anyone but them please. Enterprise national avis Alamo you name it. Not worth it!!!!

My wife and I rented a car from Budget in Athens for a business trip.  The location was cramped but Lynn was very courteous and helpful.  The car was not as clean as I would have liked, but it was tolerable.  The car appeared to be well maintained and did not give us any trouble.  The rates we paid were considerably less than their competitors making the slight issues we saw worthwhile.  I am already planning another trip and will be using Budget to save some money.

Worst rental ever. 

When I arrived to pick up the car, the tenant was cleaning her car, she smiled at me, aknowledging that she saw me, I went to the office, the office was closed so I moved to see the tenant... too late.. she was gone...

So I came the day after to pick it up.

As usual the car that we receive is not the one chosen on the website. I say worst because the car we got was smelling smoke, had a stain on the seat, and was obviously dirty from the outside. The tenant didn't check the state of the car when she gave it to me. I came back to her to tell her there was a dent. But as nothing states the interior of the car on her paper I didn't complain about it.

I gave back the car a day later, she checked the car and told me everything was ok.

A week later I receive a letter telling me that they want to charge me for the stain on the seat.. I called their service. After digging a bit they told me that the location has to send time stamped pictures of the stains before being able to charge me. I asked them to keep me updated on the situation and to send me those pictures.

Guess what no news from them except for a  150$ paiement on my bank account...

Worst rental ever.
