I called a week prior to reserve a car. Took my car down the street to the Dodge dealership for some body work. My dealership called for enterprise to pick me up. Got picked up with my 1 year old son by a friendly guy . Earl I believe was his name. Got to the enterprise and had a nice employee helping me. Young guy but real nice. Had a problem with my utility bill due to not being recent. When I had the utility company send me a recent bill. I was told it had a late charge. Now grant it the staff member told me that it couldn't have a past due. There was no past due. The late charge was &5. I finally used a current pay stub. After gathering all the proper paperwork I was then told 3 hrs later that they could not rent me a car. I became irate and asked why and they said because I wasn't a local resident. Of course I'm not cause I'm from Walton city. And all my utilities are near Walton county. I believe this location is racist and very prejudice. I told them that and they tried to kick me out and threatened to call the police to remove me and my 1 year old from the premises. When officer Shook and Cooks arrived they were very apologetic to how I was treated. I will take my grievances to corporate. I never felt so disrespected and discussed in one place of buisness! If your not a local or a black man beware!!!

This review covers this location and the Bogart location, both of which have really gone downhill in the past few months.  They now both seem severely understaffed, seem to maintain minimal inventory and thereby force you into the most expensive categories possible.  And I didn't feel much in the way of concern for my plight, when I came in on crutches and was looking for a vehicle to make getting around easier.   Very disappointing lack of concern for the customer, which is not what I've come to expect with Enterprise elsewhere in the country.   A year ago I've had excellent service at these locations, they were well staffed and had a good selection.  Now profit and greed seem to be the rule.

See the pictures of the Enterprise employees...professional, courteous and helpful looking, ready to assist the customer with a smile? 
This location is not that. Not any of those things. Nor do I think they could pick out those words in a list and define them. 
Made a last minute emergency reservation for pick up at 5pm but, as life often does, obligations and duty to employer and client ran late. Although our Lyft driver soared into traffic and action-movie-drag-race-montage'd us to this place: and although we phoned ahead stating we were enroute and GPS indicated less than 5 minutes delayed, we arrive 3 minutes after close, the door not even locked yet, and with haste, the staff destroyed our happy "we made it just in time" smiles with a middle finger of "we closed." 
We tried to politely object, justify our tardiness and certified that we had done right by calling and informing them we would be less than 5 minutes late...which we were, surly they would rent to us our 4 day rental with a cost of $300 or so dollars we were less than a high five worth of minutes late. Surly they are kind,
professional, customer service orientated employees that have also experienced a handful of moments of tardiness once in their lives! 
No. "We closed." (Door pulled shut) *lock click*.
At that moment time had just engaged 6:05pm, 5 minutes past "close". As these employees have in their years on this Earth always been a glowing, perfect model of "on-time", never being one minute late, NEVER EVER have these people been late to anything EVER so how dare they be expected to stay open for less than 5 minutes past "closing" to help a customer and make money. No help. Don't want money. "We closed". 
This place is not awesome or redeeming in anyway. It is a great place to observe people who have no intention of lifting a finger for you, none the less going out of their way to stay late at work for ten minutes. Bankers should be jealous of the hours these do-nothing, don't engage the customer, role models of unhelpfulness keep.

Seriously don't go here. They don't care two sheets in the wind about customer service or company image...or personal pride for that matter. They couldn't be bothered less, and don't give a honey badger (honey badgers don't give a xxxx, look it up if you don't know the reference funny stuff).

These guys are AWESOME! I was in a wreck so I needed a rental and they helped me out. They didn't hassle me and even asked what kind of car I needed. They are great!

Called 2 weeks in advance, asked specifically about payment options which I was told wouldn't be a problem, get there and of course nobody knows why I was told that nor can they help me. I've used them before and paid in this way so I know it's possible. Car rental is a joke and a rip off, only help I received was quotes from corporate about policies. Why weren't policies discussed when I asked about them?! Horrible customer service. Horrible business practices, had to walk to work without a car. #thanksfornothing.
