This location is in the JW Marriott. The staff is not well trained and can't deal with challenges. I went to them with a rental that had developed a flat at their location. They would not help, nor were they interested in offering solutions. In fact they offered to charge me a minimum of $800 to take in the $260 weekly rental. When I took the keys back and figured our my own repair they were quite relieved.

Slow service, tried to charge us above the quote received the previous day, the maintenance light was on in the car (we were told to ignore it only upon asking), and the tank was 3/4 full upon receipt. The car ended up being fine, thankfully, and drop off at the LAX location was easy.

Not even worth 1 point. I made reservation a day before, and when I arrived, they said they don't have the car due to overbooking. I didn't get any information prior to the unnoticed cancellation and they told me they couldn't reach me but how they sent my reservation to my e-mail? What a nonsense. Now I have to pay the hotel fee where I even can't get to. I will never use Hertz again. Bye.

I really liked the after hours return policy. Returned my car @ 8.30.

The most horrible office ever!!!
If I just can put zero!
They give me a car with expired registration!because of them I can't make a dmv test, and lose my day, and my money. 
Never ever will take a car In Hertz, and don't recommend you. they do not give anything in exchange for moral and material damage.
