I stayed at Prospect for about three months before leaving to Washington and was very happy. First, Nancy and the entire staff are completely awesome people from start to finish, they're all very helpful, caring and go above and beyond to make your stay nice. The restrooms, grounds and laundry are well maintained and in working order and cleaned regularly. I found the longer term residents to be real nice people too. This is a very good place to be if your lucky enough to get in !!  Thank you Nancy and the whole team, keep up the good work,

Seriously asking 675/ mth just to park your vehicle in a space there is outrageous. That’s rent in an actual building that’s provided. I’m providing my own shelter. How is a parking spot worth that much? If all I need is space, electric, & water that should all be included in the 675 & that’s still a bit much. Highway robbery.

We stayed there 2 days and were very pleased with everything. The people were great. Nice clean shower/restrooms. Plenty of washing machines/dryers(also they were clean, unlike some campgrounds we've been to). Close to a nice park that is dog friendly with lots of trails. The lots are some what close together but we found that to be no problem. The entire place was full both days but we were not one time bothered by noise. My wife's laptop connected to the WiFi just fine, but my older laptop had problems. I want to say to the owner "Nancy, keep up the good work! ".

The manager Nancy is very friendly.  The park is quiet and well priced though they are full most of the year round. Call for availability.

The people are great the owner is an angle and provides Safe Haven this is a very peaceful and caring places for all yes animals too
