Very impressed with the cleanliness and security of this facility. I was especially impressed with the manager Kayla. She was exceptionally helpful. Kayla took extra care with my elderly mother. She assisted her from the storage unit back to the office. Kayla was very professional as well as being very kind and considerate. Glad I found this place!

Editing my previous review... rates go up every 6 months per the office now. Mine have gone up and down during the year and a half I've been with Public Storage. It just went up again! Get this scam from Kayla, the relief manager.... if I move my stuff out of my current unit, and move it to the same size unit on the complex (they give you 3 days for the transfer) then my rate will drop $40! What is that?!?! Completely ridiculous!!! SO NOT HAPPY WITH PUBLIC STORAGE!!!! Anna and Jenn were both wonderful and went out of their way to give amazing customer service! They definitely made this move a lot smoother than I thought it would be! I will absolutely recommend this location! Thank you ladies!!

Kayla, is wonderful to talk to! She is very pleasant. She is the 3 person i have seen at this location and it would be nice to see her face on a consistent basis. She was very helpful. My husband usually comes in and takes care of everything so i didn't have any information on offering my bill and hefting in the gate and she helped me with no problem.

Very clean. Property has been updated recently. Therefore they also updated their computer system and it caused a few hick ups when I needed to transfer to a bigger storage unit and later on when I needed to close out a unit. But they were very helpful and patient to figure out the mistake their system made. Especially Kayla, who I dealt with the most every time I went in. She was very helpful and good at resolving problems. Extremely patient and considerate of others. If she needed help she did not hesitate to call her manager. Also she would always greet me with a big smile. She's very personable. I have never seen her being unfriendly and I've been going there every month to pay my storage unit which I had now for a while.

Today Kayle helped me find a perfect storage unit and size. Her patience and understanding was amazing. I would recommend this facility to everyone.
