Hey guys, just want to share my great experience at The Wine Grotto.  I live in Thailand but visit the US few trips per year.  Love Napa Valley wines and love to collect wines.  I was looking for a place where I can store wines and be able to feel safe when back home.  So I chose The Wine Grotto because of the facility, the staff and the ease of accessing the place.  I just signed up yesterday, October 8, 2017 and Athena was the best.  She walked me through the process and in 30 min we were done!  Now I can start to store my wines in this great facility.  I recommend this place as the staff are very helpful, the place is safe and secure, and every details meet my expectations.  Thanks

Just singed up for wine storage at The Wine Grotto. Very painless, yet thorough, set up experience. Athena was very helpful, anticipating most of my questions. Clean, well maintained, and VERY secure! Highly recommend this location for storing wine, as well as anything of value as they have a regular storage facility at the same location.

Found the wine grotto as we needed to make room in our closet for baby stuff....we had about 10 cases of wine.  Anyway, the staff were informative and the facility is close and the wine section is kept very cool and clean.  We went ahead and purchased a locker for a year.  I would absolutely recommend the wine grotto to anyone looking for a wine storage solution in the Pasadena area.

The facility is clean, organized and secure; the staff is professional and helpful; and the storage and wine deliveries services meet my needs.  In addition, they can accommodate small users (like me) as well as large professional storage needs.  Highly recommended!

The Wine Grotto is an absolutely wonderful place to keep your valuable grape juice. Security is terrific, the staff is very accommodating and the temperature control is always perfect. Oh, and the treats at the counter are always appreciated.
