While signing an agreement, Heather the manager was TRAINING another employee while that employee was dealing with her first customer. No big deal, employees get trained. Until she started talking to us both at the same time and kept getting things mixed up. When it came down to signing things, she explained everything opposite of the paperwork. Yes I understand, my fault for signing the paperwork I was getting a different explanation of. She told me I had nothing to worry about until July 31st. Got a letter in the mail 2 weeks in to renting the unit. Oh great, a $20 late fee. For what? I've only had it for 2 weeks? I call to explain my end, and she rudely replied with "Well what do you want me to do about it?" She kept repeating the paperwork part. She should not deal with customers, she does not know the proper way of customer service. She is a very rude lady and I do not recommend this business just because of her.

Incredibly clean very well impressed I don't own a storage unit in this facility but my friend does and I saw his you unit yesterday and it was very clean in the staff is very helpful.

Very unfriendly staff . will not work with you if your late or behind on rent. but they will and do keep piling on charges. I wouldnt step foot in there again. Not a nice place.

It has different sizes for storage.  My first experience with this type of business.  They do what they are supposed to, but haven't always been easy to work with because I'm in a wheelchair.  I think the price is high, but it is probably just average, but since this is my first time, it's probably good.

It was great until I left the unit. They continued to charge me even after I moved out.
