Finally emptying out a 10 x 10 unit after 3 (1/2) yrs. And pretty impressed Other than 3 crickets. I haven't seen any... spiders bugs webs nothing. Lynn, is so amazing!! I have been communicating most with can you believe she remembers me from almost 4 yrs ago!! She is the biggest sweetheart and so helpful. I hope Public Storage realizes how lucky they are to have her. No complaints at all. Thank you

I dealt with Christine and she was absolutely wonderful! Clear on directions, helpful with any questions, walked me through everything, very positive and down to earth personality! My storage unit is perfect, clean and convenient. The reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because I literally just got my storage on December 1st and paid full price, just too look today (the 6th) and they have a promotion for $1 your first month. I'm a little jaded by that. I'm also having a hard time creating an account to pay the bill. I've tried to send it to 3 different emails and still I don't get a code to access what I need to. So I'll have to call or go down there to figure it out.

What an amazing experience! I had never stored before and was a little uneasy about doing so. Lynn carefully and fully explained to me all that I needed to know. She was patient and very professional. I could have not had a better experience. I feel completely secure with the facility and have recommended to neighbors. Thank you, Lynn for making this so easy!!

Lynn at the office was most helpful in our time of need recently. Lynn assured us that our property would be secure in a clean, air conditioned facility. It was indeed. when we had a need for a larger space, Lynn helped us find one. Lynn was also quick to assist us with a cart that helped in the relocation. Thanks again!

Caught Kayla just before closing, she was very happy to help us find the perfect unit for our needs. Kayla explained everything thoroughly and even gave us a holiday discount. I would highly recommend Public Storage and hope Kayla is the one to help you get started.
