Z has been incredibly helpful to me throughout my time at the storage facility. She knows who I am and which units I take responsibility for. My schedule is very busy and handling this task is made easier by the staff at this site.

I’m leaving this review   about public storage because the woman I met the other day was amazing. After being a victim of Domestic violence I found myself haveing to move wit No notice and ended up having to put all my stuff in Storage. The manager Z save me so much time she explained everything to me and made the processes a breeze .She help me pick out a  lock and also Showed me some boxes she also walked me around the property and showed me where my unit was........In a difficult situation she made it so much easier for me I really appreciate her service thank you so much from the bottom of my heart.

Great customer service from Z. Got in on a deal. She did a lot of upselling also and had a lot of knowledge. I like that she wasnt pushy and understood my needs

I was very impressed with property manager Zaniab. Answered all questions I asked about from staying how late too safety of building. Nice to see customer service is still around in some businesses.

I love this storage place. Z is the best she is always helpful and remembers my name when I come in. This storage site is always clean and I feel safe at all times. Keep up the good work Z.
