Just had a truck stolen and called 911. 45 min later no response so I went to the police station to file a report and was told I would have to wait. Seen the thief but this doesn’t matter. By the time they get informed of the theft and a bolo is put out my truck will be in another state. I asked an office that was driving by to assistant and he stated he was busy. He went into loaf n jug and go a drink and came back out and got in his car and left. That’s why people Doubt Pueblo police officers. Don’t get me wrong there are a few that are people. I have a lot of respect for the chief of police He has done a lot of great things for this community. As we all know a few bad apples can spoil the whole bag.

Very nice once you get to know these people. They are so friendly. It's hard to believe that it's a police station. I hope they continue treating me nice.

Useless. Waited 7 hours for an officer to arrive to file a report. Finally I was told I could do it over the phone. When I agreed, I was told an officer would call me "in a day or two"...My truck was broken in to, items stolen, window smashed. The desk staff at my motel told me they were robbed one night, and when they called it in, they were told to file a report online. Staff said the vagrant population along the freeway knows how unresponsive the PD, practically have free reign. What kind of PD operates like that? Avoid Pueblo.

Whole department needs work and it needs to start with that trash you call dispatch. Absolute garbage. Calling for help shouldn't end dispatch making the situation worse. You should be able to hire better help. It's disgusting these women that are answering these lines have jobs. Absolute garbage.

My grandmother had a prescription stolen from walgreens and the police officer blamed me, and yelled at me only because they had a picture of me walking out of the store with a bag that had tissue in it. Then today the doctors office called my grandmother and said that someone requested her medication for siezers but she already got them. Can't call the police because they will write it off on me doing it. Can't trust these police officers. Why in the he'll would i want pills that prevent septis in the blood. Nobody helped us and thats a damn shame!!!!!
