No longer a Sheraton Hotel. New owners effective 12/1/17. Major remodeling underway so hallways are littered with construction changes. Lobby looks pretty good. Room with king bed still showed signs of recent remodeling - paint flakes inside closet on floor - no waste can in the bathroom. Internet access is good but no instructions were in the room as well as no room service menus available. Front desk was helpful in accessing web but didn't have any suggestions other than to go to restaurant to check out room service options. No map of the facility provided at check in and nothing available in the room. This listing in serious need of updating.

Recently stayed at this hotel while visiting my brother. Greeted with friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff. Room was very clean in the bed was very comfortable. And I would highly suggest this hotel for anyone visiting the Burlington area. Very convenient as it is literally right off the highway and next to the university. Short drive to markets and the vibrant downtown. Will be staying here upon my next visit.

It's a good thing the conference we're here for is good, because the hotel sure isn't. Our room wasn't ready for check-in until 7:45 pm, which is amazingly late. The next day, it wasn't cleaned until 6:15 pm, and they didn't clean the obviously dirty bathroom. If you don't have enough cleaning staff to get the job done, hire more. Can't find employees? Time to start paying higher wages. Instead, they're offering $5 food vouchers or 500 Sheraton points if you "go green" and forego having your room cleaned. Lots of hotels save money by encouraging guests to be environmentally aware and keep the same sheets from one day to the next. However, emptying the trash, vacuuming, making beds, and cleaning bathrooms is sort of the bare minimum expected of a hotel stay. Seriously unimpressed.

All in all, this was a very nice hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable - room service was pleasant and the food was excellent. However, it was VERY easy to get lost in. We were given a map at the start of our visit and still got lost for about 20 minutes. One of the staff members pointed us in the right direction and after another 5 minutes wandering, we finally found our room. Check in and check out were easy and quick, but one of our room keys refused to work during the stay. Not horrible as there was only two of us, but still. I would visit again.

The customer service here is top notch. They have a nice indoor pool and fitness center. The rooms are updated and very clean. The beds are so comfortable and clean. They have a breakfast buffet that is pricey but very good. I would recommend staying at this location. It is close to down town Burlington.
