Thanks to William, who worked through the connection issues to our printer via remote.  I appreciate his patience, as he worked through the issues.  I will definitely call Karl's Technology again, should I require a computer technician.  Thanks very much!

The representative from Karl's Technology,Will, was awesome. I needed my computer cleaned out of any viruses or malware.  He took care of this through a remote process. I watched him maneuver his way around my computer as I sat at my desk. He was quick and very efficient! He also explained what he was going to do prior to the process. Upon completion, he had many screenshots up for me to view to see all the work that he had done. He went through each one, explaining everything in laypersons terms. I would highly recommend this company and plan on using them on a consistent basis!! Thank you Will!

Matt has done an amazing job getting the proper equipment to us and setting up our computers, TV and laptops. Quality service people in any industry are hard to find and I am very happy that I found Matt and his Queen Creek Computer Repair Service company.
