The Manager Aliyah and the sales rep Joey at this location did an amazing job of helping us switch phones and manage our plan. They are very professional and nice. We will always use this location because of them.

Management was fanstastic, Aliyah helped me solve all my problems very fast. She knew what she was talking about and was very nice and respectful. Fastest service that I've ever had. She even stayed late to help me with my problems and was most patient. If I could I'd give her 6 stars. Thank you again Aliyah!

Went in yesterday after my note broke, very UNHELPFUL. Suggested to go to a 3rd part phone repair (I have insurance) said I had no other options but pay 200. Went to sprint which he suggested at San tan mall....much better got a new phone all good. Wasted time going to queen creek smh. What bothered me was how he just dismissed my situation almost canceled sprint all together we been with them for many years!!!

Garbage. Garbage. Garbage. Seriously do yourself a favor and stay away from Sprint. The coverage in QC is CRAP. And they just won't help you out. They already have your money. They are laughing at you. They probably MOCK you too behind closed doors. They seemed to not even care (or kinda figured it would happen) when we said we were switching to Verizon.
