Let's start off by saying I went in there today so me and my wife could upgrade are phone the girl in there had some serious body Odor the guy in there had a attitude like he's so awesome well news flash guy you work at a cell phone store kinda pissed off my phone had a small crack in the Corner that you could barley see not even on the screen part itself and they were rude and said nope we are not taking this kinda anoying cuz we pay for jump but that's okay I'll keep my phone but this store needs to re evaluate there employees very rude and smell there !!!!

Service stinks in Queen Creek. So I got a personal tower for my house. Still didn't work. Took it be and told them I was going to cancel service. They didn't even care. See ya t mobile.

Rene had awesome customer service! Best experience ever. He even threw in a few charger, that's how awesome he is!!!

Don't know how to start saying this,  but I just had the BEST experience at a t-mobile in Queen Creek, Rene was awesome from the second I opened the door all the way to me leaving, he really brought a smile to my daughters face because of the affordable prices. Thank you Rene and the team at QC T-Mobile!
